The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organised and enthusiastic Site Administrator to join our team at Karara on an 8:6 FIFO Roster from Perth. Reporting to the Site Manager and Operations Manager, this role is responsible for delivering administrative support to ensure the smooth running of site operations.

Key Responsibilities

· Coordinate crew rosters, travel, and accommodation bookings

· Process and file daily timesheets and approved leave forms

· Order and maintain crib supplies, office stationery, and consumables

· Maintain efficient filing and archiving systems in line with company procedures

· Support Accounts Receivable by preparing, collecting, and filing timesheets and documents required for claims

· Assist with payroll and HSET data entry, and prepare weekly and monthly reports

· Provide additional site and administrative support as directed by the Site Manager and Operations Manager

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:

· A can-do attitude

· Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or Management (preferred)

· 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within mining or construction

· High attention to detail with excellent time management and organisational skills

· Strong ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively

· Proven skills in building and maintaining positive working relationships at all levels

· A commitment to confidentiality and professional standards

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
