MEGA Resources is a mine owner with an in-house service team which has two operating gold mines in Western Australia. MEGA stands for Mining, Engineering and Geology in Australia.

We’re looking for a proactive, organised and people-focused Temporary Site Administrator to help at both mine sites. The role will initially be temporary but could lead to a permanent opportunity in the future.

About the Role:

Your responsibilities will include:

Accurate daily reporting

Fuel and machine monitoring

Assisting with staff and contractor logistics

Providing friendly, helpful administrative support while building strong relationships across the sites

What We’re Looking For:

A team player, friendly and approachable

Good computer literacy, with experience using Excel and Xero

Strong attention to detail, with a proactive approach to problem solving and the ability to manage multiple priorities

2+ years mining experience preferred

Valid driver’s licence

Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol test
