Project Manager – Civil ConstructionAdelaide | Full-Time | $0.5M – $10M Project Sizes

We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established civil construction company based in Adelaide that specialises in subdivisions and infrastructure works across South Australia.

They’re looking for a capable Project Manager with 8–10 years of civil construction experience to lead projects ranging from $500k to $10 million in value.

About the Company This is a long-standing, family-owned business with a strong track record delivering projects for developers, councils, and utility providers.

The Role – What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing civil projects from start to finish—planning, delivery, handover
  
  
• Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
  
  
• Delivering works such as bulk earthworks, drainage, sewer, water, roadworks, concrete, electrical & comms
  
  
• Working with budgets, schedules, and project documentation
  
  
• Maintaining compliance with WHS, environmental, and QA systems
  
  
• Building strong working relationships with clients, councils & stakeholders
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 8–10 years’ experience in civil construction (not all as PM, but with solid site-based knowledge)
  
  
• Experience delivering subdivisions or related infrastructure projects
  
  
• Comfortable managing projects in the $0.5M–$10M range
  
  
• Solid understanding of civil works methods and plant
  
  
• Strong leadership and communication skills
  
  
• Based in or familiar with the Adelaide region
