We are working with a highly respected and long-established HVAC contractor who has built a reputation as a trusted partner in the delivery of major building services projects across Australia. Known for their expertise in the commercial, healthcare, education, retail, and data centre sectors, they consistently deliver projects ranging from $5M–$20M with Tier I and leading Tier II builders.

Due to continued growth in Adelaide, the business is seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and successful
delivery of large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead HVAC projects from conception through to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
• Oversee project programs and coordinate all site activities, ensuring safety and compliance with industry standards.
• Lead and manage project teams including engineers, site supervisors, and subcontractors.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and professional project delivery.
• Identify and manage project risks, providing solutions to achieve successful outcomes.
• Drive collaboration across internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives.

About You:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the HVAC or broader mechanical services industry.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering large-scale projects ($5M–$20M) with Tier I or major Tier II builders.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and ability to interpret complex project documentation.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
