An established construction company with a strong track record in delivering landmark projects is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of an 8-level multi-residential development in Adelaide.

This is a high-profile opportunity for a proven leader who thrives in complex environments and wants to be at the forefront of a major build in South Australia's growing residential sector.

The Opportunity
You'll oversee the project from inception through to completion, working closely with a dedicated site and project team. With full responsibility for cost, program, quality, and client satisfaction, you will play a key role in shaping both the project and your career trajectory.

What you'll be doing:

Leading the full lifecycle delivery of an 8-level multi-residential project

Managing project budgets, timelines, contracts, and compliance

Overseeing procurement and subcontractor engagement

Driving communication with consultants, stakeholders, and clients

Leading and mentoring the project delivery team to ensure excellence across all phases

What we're looking for:

Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager on multi-level residential or commercial builds

Proven ability to deliver projects $50m+ in value (preferred)

Strong leadership and communication skills to engage clients and direct teams

Sound knowledge of building codes, contracts, and compliance standards

Tertiary or trade qualifications in construction, engineering, or project management
