What You'll Be Doing
Handling a variety of inbound customer service calls
Understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions and products.
Building rapport and providing a positive experience in every conversation.
Meeting achievable goals in a supportive environment.
Using systems to manage customer interactions.
What We’re Looking For
Must be based in the Greater Brisbane Area and eligible to work full-time.
Strong communication skills — you're confident, friendly, and easy to talk to.
A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for helping people.
Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems.
Open to feedback and eager to develop your skills.
Experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is preferred — but not essential!
