This a key role in a growing Steel Fabrication and Construction Company with Projects across Australia and New Zealand. The FP&A Manager is a critical business partner responsible for driving financial visibility and strategic forecasting across this diverse business. This role supports the Head of Finance and collaborates closely with the Finance Manager, Project Delivery and Senior Management.
Our ideal candidate is commercially minded and detail driven with strong communication skills. You are a confident leader in forecasting, budgeting and financial modelling with experience in a growing multi-entity business. You will be confident in building and maintaining Financial Models to support strategic initiatives and be able to partner with Operations to review Project Costings, Margins and Profitability.
You will require the following skills and experience:
CA or CPA qualified
At least 5 years’ experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance or Management Accounting
Advanced Excell modelling and Analytical skills
Experience across Construction, Manufacturing or Project based Industries
Excellent report writing, job costing and margin analysis skills
Good knowledge of ERP systems and reporting tools like Power BI, Sharperlight or Workbench software
