Job Description
The successful candidate will lead in the developing and improvement of the management reporting which aids the decision making of senior executives within the business. Stakeholder engagement (with internal and external decision makers) is a key element of this role in order to ensure timely and accurate reporting of the organisation's budgeting and forecasting. Key responsibilities include:

• Provide support to Finance Management in preparation of financial information and monitoring of budgets and forecasting.
• Assist with the preparation of monthly management reports to provide relevant and timely financial information to management and the Board and other reporting requirements.
• Undertake costing data analysis and reporting for management as required
• Responsible for review and reconciliation of a variety of accounts and ledgers.
• Contribute to the end of month processes
• Assist with preparation of monthly PAYG and quarterly BAS.
• Assist with the annual financial audit and preparation of the annual financial statements.
• Maintain Fixed Asset Register as required.
• Liaise with the Finance Management as required to ensure achievement of internal controls.
• Identify and implement financial system and procedural efficiencies.
• Provide analysis of key cost drivers as they relate to actual financial results to Finance Management and the Executive.

The Successful Applicant

Ideally CA or CPA qualified, this role demands excellent communication skills, proven stakeholder management experience and a desire to improve existing analysis tools and reporting. The successful candidate will have proven background in Financial Accounting an ideally have a good understanding of Management Accounting also.

What's on Offer

• $110,000 - $120,000 + Superannuation
• Initial 6 month Contract, role will potentially transfer to permanent
