Key Responsibilities

Prepare accurate and timely management reports and oversee the month-end close process

Compile year-end accounting packs and liaise with auditors during audit cycles

Manage customer contracts and respond to billing inquiries

Analyse financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities

Assist in the preparation, monitoring, and optimisation of budgets

Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to enhance financial and operational efficiency

Support ad-hoc projects and deliver financial analysis as required by management

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Minimum of 5 years' experience in a management accounting or financial analysis role

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Proficiency in financial software, Excel, and business intelligence tools

Sound understanding of management accounting principles; experience in budgeting and forecasting is a plus

Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
