We're seeking an experienced Site Manager to deliver a new build industrial project valued at $20M+. This is a greenfield project with a scheduled start in the coming months, project has a 12 month program and offers the opportunity to take ownership of an important, high value build from start to finish.

The Role:
As Site Manager, you will lead day to day operations on site, overseeing program delivery, safety, quality, and subcontractor performance. You'll be supported by a Foreman and head office project team, but ultimately will be responsible for driving delivery and ensuring the project meets all time, budget, and compliance requirements.

Key Highlights:

• $20M+ project - structural steel, precast, specialist services, offices, and end-to-end facility delivery
• Full site control and leadership, working with structured systems and reporting tools
• Exposure to medium to large scale industrial, processing, or manufacturing builds highly regarded
• Competitive package up to $250k+ (contractors seeking a secure 12-month contract are encouraged to apply as well)

What We're Looking For:

• Proven track record as a Site Manager delivering industrial, manufacturing, or complex commercial builds.
• Strong technical knowledge across structure, services, and fit-out
• Ability to operate within structured systems (Hammertech, Procore, MS Project/Excel).
• Leadership skills to manage site teams and subcontractors effectively.
• Contractor background and commitment to a 12 month delivery program.
