We're seeking a high-calibre Senior Operations Manager to oversee our clients end-to-end operations - from supply chain and production to EHS, quality, and compliance. You'll lead transformation, ensure delivery excellence, and drive real outcomes in a world-class defence manufacturing environment.

Your Mission:

• Lead and develop teams across Production, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Compliance
• Own manufacturing from raw material to customer delivery
• Champion EHS, Quality, Export Control and regulatory compliance (ITAR, EAR, AEO)
• Deliver 100% Quality and OTIF (On Time, In Full)
• Drive lean improvements, ERP transformations, and strategic growth

Ideal Candidate:

✅ 6-10+ years in senior Ops, Production, or Supply Chain roles
✅ Proven Defence industry experience - ideally Manufacturing for Defence customers
✅ Led major change initiatives - ERP, Lean Six Sigma (Advanced), process or culture transformations
✅ Strong grasp of Australian EHS regulations and export compliance (ITAR essential)
✅ Natural leadership presence - credible, decisive, and calm under pressure
✅ Bachelor's in Ops, Supply Chain, or Engineering (Master's a plus)
✅ Australian Citizenship - NV1 clearance eligibility required
