Environmental Automation, a specialist in the provision of building controls and automation solutions with sites along the Eastern Seaboard, is seeking an experienced BMS Service Technician/Service Engineer to join our team. This is a full-time position based in Tingalpa Queensland.

Tasks & Responsibilities

Perform routine preventative maintenance and repair services on existing BMS/DDC Controls.

Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with BMS systems and associated equipment.

Work with customers to identify their needs and provide solutions to meet those needs and expectations.

Supply accurate service/work records and documentation.

Ability to work autonomously to deliver assigned works from start to completion, within the company guidelines.

Ability to identify improvements to existing BMS installations and assist sales team in presenting improvements to clients.

Carry out all work in a safe manner and adhere to the company's WHS systems and procedures.

Qualifications & Experience:

Qualifications in Electrical and/or Air Conditioning and/or Relevant Engineering Degree

Experience working with Building Management Systems

Experience and knowledge of HVAC/BMS systems, in particular the use of BACnet, Modbus, TCP/IP and communication networks.

A current drivers licence.

Excellent oral and written communications and reporting skills.

Strong computer skills including hardware setup, MS Office and databases.

Right to work in Australia.

Highly Regarded:

Experience with Delta Controls, Reliable Controls, and Niagara
