💰 $80K – $100K + Super + Vehicle + Tools

Due to strong demand and continued growth, we’re looking for an experienced Field Service Technician to join our team and help deliver exceptional technical service to our valued clients.

What You’ll Do

As a Field Service Technician, you’ll be the face of our business on-site—responsible for installing, servicing, and maintaining dental equipment in line with Australian Standards and manufacturer specifications. You’ll troubleshoot problems, deliver solutions, and ensure all service is performed to the highest safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

· • Install and commission dental equipment including chairs, autoclaves, suction motors, compressors, and X-ray units

· • Perform scheduled servicing and equipment validation

· • Diagnose and repair technical faults accurately and efficiently

· • Maintain van stock and tools – ensuring all equipment is clean, safe, and audit-ready

· • Complete service reports in line with our Quality Management System (QMS)

· • Deliver exceptional customer service and technical support on-site

· • Identify potential upgrades or product add-ons during service visits

· • Liaise with Service Coordinators and escalate issues where required

What You’ll Need

· Electrician Licence, Plumbing or Restricted Electrical Licence (mandatory)

· Trade qualification in mechanical, electrical, plumber or equipment servicing

· Previous experience in dental, medical, or similar technical service roles (highly regarded)

· Solid understanding of WHS and compliance practices

· Valid Australian driver’s licence

· ISO 9001 experience or willingness to learn (training provided)

· Great time management, problem-solving, and customer communication skills
