Your new role

As Supporter Services Administrator, you will provide customer service to donors and supports as well as administrative support to the Fundraising team. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Acting as the first point of contact for supporters, responding to enquiries via phone and email
• Processing donations on Salesforce and reconciliation of fundraising bank account statements
• Maintaining accurate records across fundraising systems
• Assisting the team with the coordination of fundraising events and campaigns

Your skills and experience

You will bring with you:

• Previous experience in administration and/or customer services roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management systems such as Salesforce or similar databases
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong initiative, problem solving and verbal communication skills
