About the role

As a Senior Civil Estimator, you’ll:

Prepare accurate cost estimates and tender submissions

Review drawings, specs & contract documents

Source subcontractor/supplier pricing & manage take-offs

Identify risks, opportunities & value-engineering options

Mentor junior estimators and contribute to team growth

What you’ll bring

5+ years’ estimating experience in civil construction

Strong knowledge of earthworks, roads, drainage & subdivisions

Skilled in estimating software & Microsoft Excel

Excellent attention to detail, commercial acumen & communication skills
