With a strong reputation for supplying innovative, durable products to the construction industry, this well-established company supports residential, commercial, and industrial projects across NSW and Australia. Role Description

This is a dynamic position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced building supplies environment. The successful candidate will have a background in sales within the construction, hardware, or building materials sector. A passion for helping customers, a desire to learn, and the confidence to offer product advice and roofing solutions are essential.

This role will suit someone who enjoys working collaboratively with builders, trades, and internal teams, and who is eager to grow their knowledge within a highly supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with customers via phone, providing tailored product advice and solutions

Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, tradies, and construction professionals

Process sales, quotes, and orders accurately and efficiently

Stay up to date with aluminium and building product knowledge to confidently assist with customer needs

Work closely with the warehouse and sales teams to ensure smooth delivery and service

Assist with general administrative tasks related to sales and customer support

Maintain a tidy, professional showroom and trade counter

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in customer service, retail, or internal sales in the construction or building supply industry

Knowledge of or exposure to roofing products is highly regarded

A confident communicator who enjoys building rapport and offering practical solutions

Eagerness to learn and grow within the construction space

Reliable, motivated, and a true team player

Salary and Benefits

Base $65k - $75k | 12% Super
