🚜 The Role:

Ag Leader is seeking a passionate and driven Precision Agriculture Leader to join our Asia-Pacific team. You’ll be instrumental in building strong Dealer networks, delivering expert training, and supporting our mission to bring best-in-class precision farming solutions to more farmers.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Provide strong leadership aligned with our strategic vision and values

Build strong relationships with Dealers to support their sales, service, and training goals

Help identify and recruit new Dealer partners in underserved regions

Deliver engaging training and professional development on products and systems

Lead and coordinate field days, events, and conferences across the region

Support Dealers with customer visits to demonstrate consultative selling and learn customer needs

Represent the Ag Leader brand with professionalism and enthusiasm

Travel frequently – up to 60%

🎯 What You Bring:

A genuine passion for Precision Agriculture

Minimum 3 years of successful hands-on experience in the field

Understanding of Australian and New Zealand production ag practices

Strong practical knowledge of ag tech hardware and software

Confident public speaker and educator

Comfortable making sales calls and growing new business relationships

Effective leadership, organisation, and time management skills

Agronomy experience (a plus)

Ability to travel regularly, including international trips to the USA

Must hold or be eligible to obtain a valid passport
