Hai Money is one of Australia’s fastest-growing mortgage aggregators, known for empowering brokers with innovative tools, fast support, and a collaborative ecosystem. We're expanding our Asset Finance Division and looking for a high-performing BDM to lead our broker channel support across the country.

Location: Australia-wide (Remote or Sydney-based preferred)

Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 base + attractive commission

What You’ll Do:

Manage and grow relationships with Hai Money's national broker network

Convert qualified asset finance leads provided by Hai Money Brokers

Guide brokers through the full asset finance process—from structuring deals to settlement

Stay on top of lender policies across major banks and non-bank lenders

Perform end-to-end deal support: initial assessment, servicing calculation, submission, follow-up, and settlement

Provide training and updates to brokers on lender policy changes and best practices

Be the go-to person for all things Asset Finance within our broker network

You Bring:

2+ years’ experience in Asset Finance, ideally with exposure to cars, equipment, or commercial loans

Strong understanding of lender policy across a range of funders

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong file structuring and problem-solving ability

Experience lodging applications (e.g. via Loanapp or lender portals)

Ability to work independently and manage multiple broker relationships

Bonus if you’ve worked in an aggregator or B2B broker support role
