The Role

• Preparing and cooking high-quality meals to our customers' specifications
• Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to develop new and innovative menu items
• Ensuring all food preparation and cooking procedures adhere to food safety and health regulations
• Providing excellent customer service and responding to customer inquiries and requests
• Assisting with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed

What we are looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role
• A strong record of senior leadership positions specializing in high volume environments
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and menu planning
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Work well under pressure, work as part of a team and grow
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Passion for creating delicious and visually appealing dishes
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene

Remuneration

• Competitive salary and benefits package $70,000 - $75,000
