About the role
This position is a permanent part-time role in the Waste Services Unit, responsible for providing high quality, general administrative support, necessary to ensure our essential waste services continue to meet service excellence. The functions include:
- Data entry, collation, and reporting
- Raising requisitions and processing payments
- Tracking contract reporting and milestone dates
- Customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
Skills and experience require to perform the role
- Demonstrated experience working in a similar dynamic office environment, doing data entry, preparing reports and general correspondence, answering phone calls and responding to customer enquiries.
- Demonstrated ability to be flexible and work collaboratively to deliver team priorities
- High level of proficiency using computers including data entry and word processing skills
- Demonstrated ability to be proactive and where necessary work independently to deliver personal outcomes
- Experience with processing invoices and contract payments is desirable
