We’re looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our new state-of-the-art commercial laundry facility in Rockhampton and oversee our delivery fleets and customer service.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Officer, you will:

Lead and support our delivery drivers to ensure safe, efficient and professional service.

Manage customer relationships, handling enquiries, resolving issues and ensuring client satisfaction.

Maintain the delivery schedule and fleet, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and operational efficiency.

Work collaboratively with the Production Manager and Operations Manager to align service and production goals.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and maintain high standards.

Salary range from 75k - 90k dependent on experience.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in logistics, transport, or service operations (laundry experience is a bonus).

A customer-first mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.

Ability to manage scheduling, fleet maintenance and compliance requirements.

A current driver’s licence (MR/HR preferred but not essential).
