Our Conveyancing firm is facing rapid expansion and are currently looking for full-time team members to join our close-knit team. Property settlement experience is advantageous but not essential, though we do prefer candidates to have fair office experience.

Candidate duties will include:

Be the greeting clients and handling calls incoming calls to the company phoneline

Liaising with clients, internal staff and other legal professionals including face to face communication and by telephone and email

Administrative tasks and providing general administrative support as required, assisting staff with day to day tasks

Filing and file maintenance, including email filing and electronic file management

Skills & Experience:

Excellent communication skills

Accurate keyboard, financial and clerical skills

Ability to work as part of a team

Intermediate computer skills

High level customer service skills and professionalism

Excellent file management skills

Candidates would preferably have 1 year experience working in an office environment, and be able to speak Vietnamese. Work hours will be 9am-5pm 5 days a week, some flexibility is available for the successful candidate.
