An exciting opportunity has become available for a warm and professional Receptionist to join their Melbourne office.

The opportunity

We’re looking for a Receptionist to be the face and voice of our Melbourne office. In this key client-facing role, you’ll be the initial point of contact for clients, visitors, and business partners — making every interaction count. If you take pride in exceptional organisation, communication, and service, this could be the role for you.

What you’ll do

• Greet clients and visitors with a friendly, helpful attitude
• Manage enquiries professionally via phone and in person
• Collaborate with the admin team to support functions and events
• Arrange room bookings and assist with IT setup
• Handle deliveries and liaise with building management

To succeed you will have

• A warm, approachable demeanour both face-to-face and on the phone
• A passion for delivering high-level service and professional presentation
• Experience in a professional services environment is advantageous
• Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with all levels
