We’re working with a leading property consultancy in the heart of Sydney CBD who are on the hunt for a motivated Bid Coordinator to join their dynamic team. Reporting into the National Bidding Manager, this role offers the chance to work on high-profile proposals and submissions, all while building your career in a collaborative and supportive environment.

What you’ll be doing

• Crafting sharp, persuasive content for bids, tenders, proposals and presentations.
• Helping to showcase the firm’s expertise by developing case studies, CVs, project profiles and capability statements.
• Coordinating the production of fee proposals and submissions, making sure deadlines are met and quality is high.
• Supporting research on clients and competitors to give proposals the winning edge.
• Assisting with publications and marketing collateral to boost brand visibility.

What we’re looking for

• Around 3+ years’ experience in a bidding, marketing, communications or professional services role.
• Strong writing, proofing and editing skills, with the ability to make content compelling.
• Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
• A proactive, team-player attitude with great stakeholder skills.
• Tech-savvy with advanced MS Office, Canva knowledge is a bonus.
