About the Role
The official title is Receptionist / Sales Representative, but within Catalyst this role is proudly known as Member Relations. Why? Because it’s not just “reception.” You’ll be one of the welcoming faces of Catalyst, part of a team who keeps things running smoothly, and an active part of our sales and marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet members and visitors with warmth and professionalism

Handle enquiries, bookings, and day-to-day communication

Run tours and guide new members through onboarding

Support sales efforts, marketing campaigns, and social media content

Maintain premium presentation standards across reception and gym floor

What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a people-first mindset

Previous experience in sales and/or marketing (highly desirable)

Fitness certifications desirable but not essential

First Aid and CPR certification (required)

Working With Children Check (required)

Willingness to provide a Police Check if requested

Weekend and evening availability is essential

Organised, proactive, and reliable team player
