About the Role

As a Weatherbeeta Accounts Payable Clerk you will be joining our busy Finance team based in Dandenong Sth, Vic. As an Accounts Payable clerk, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices, payments and reconciliations. You will work closely with internal colleagues, and external vendors across multiple regions to maintain efficient financial operations and ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards.

Core Duties:

Process high-volume supplier invoices accurately and on time

Ensure proper coding of expenses in line with company policies

Handle multi-currency transactions and international payments

Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies

Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and other teams to resolve invoice and payment issues

Prepare month-end accruals and reporting related to accounts payable

Assist with audit requests and ensure documentation is maintained in accordance with internal controls and SOX compliance (if applicable)

Support process improvement initiatives within the AP function

About You

Eye for detail and enjoys following processes carefully

An organised and efficient individual

Natural aptitude for numerical work, mathematically minded

Maintains confidential and sensitive information

Knowledge MS NAVISION (accounting system) & Excel skills

Adaptable and flexible to changing priorities and demands

Good communication skills

Grads/juniors with a relevant accounting, finance or administration qualifications and/or at least 1-2 years relevant AP work experience, will be considered.
