Robert Half has partnered exclusively with a reputable and high performing company for a permanent accounts payable role joining a lean but high performing finance function.

Working within FMCG, this role is suited to someone with industry background, proficient systems experience (Dynamics) and a desire to be a part of a close and high performing finance team.

This is an end to end accounts payable opportunity and although not offering immediate career progression, will suit someone well communicated, professionally presented and who enjoys working in a team.

The Role

As an Accounts Payable Officer, you will be responsible for:

• Handling high volumes of invoices through D365
• Reconciliation
• Resolving supplier queries
• Vendor management
• Master data management
• Adapting to ad-hoc tasks as they arise

Your Profile

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Confidence in handling end-to-end Accounts Payable duties
• Proficiency in D365
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• The ability to consistently meet deadlines
• Comfortable working 5 days on-site
• The versatility to work independently and collaboratively
