The Role

We are looking for an experienced accountant to join our team and provide taxation, accounting, business advisory and superannuation services to an extensive range of business clients and high net worth individuals.

Key Responsibilities

Preparation of financial statements & tax returns for companies, trusts, partnerships & SMSF

Preparation of BAS/IAS returns

Engage with the ATO and other regulatory bodies

Ensure compliance with tax & financial obligations & deadlines are actively managed

Tax planning and advisory

Skills, qualifications and experience

5+ years’ experience in a Chartered/CPA firm

CA or CPA qualified preferred but not essential for the right candidate

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

An enthusiastic attitude and strong attention to detail

Strong problem-solving skills and desire to make a positive impact for their clients

Proficient in accounting software including MYOB, Xero, Class Super/BGL Simple Fund 360.
