Meriton Suites currently has an opportunity available for a Night Manager to join our 180 George Street Parramatta hotel.

About the Role

As the Night Manager you will support the team to represent Meriton Suites in the absence of the Hotel Manager. You will play a key role in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all guests and staff.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Support the team in overall supervision of the hotel

Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all guests and colleagues

Greeting and welcoming our guests

Management and training of staff

Check-in and check-out of guests

Complaint handling and resolution

Ensuring relevant front desk tasks are actioned and completed

Attend to guest enquiries, requests and follow-ups if required

Preparation and set up for the following day

Guest accounting

Auditing

Occasional covering of AM/PM shifts when required

Proactive and able to make decisions autonomously
