The Role
Support the Venue Manager in overseeing daily operations in terms of people, product and performance
Lead, mentor and inspire the FOH team during service
Mentor the FOH team in terms of elevated execution of service, which includes recruitment, onboarding and ongoing training.
Understand financial focus of staffing costs and rostering
Looking For
Experience in a management or supervisor position in high-end hospitality, with a desire to grow within the company
Strong leadership, organisation and communication skills
Passion for hospitality and creating guest experiences
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
