The Role
You’ll sit across the business—but with particular focus on technical support, field services, internal processes, and scalability. You're the person who sees how things should run—and then makes it happen.

Oversee day‑to‑day operations with a strong lens on technical support and service delivery

Lead special projects such as developing an installation business model to manage subcontractors and sales agents for in-house installations.

Analyize and improve existing systems, processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and scalability.

Own the KPIs around support responsiveness, client satisfaction, and delivery timelines

Implement systems, dashboards, and workflows to tighten the machine – this is an outcomes‑driven role. You’ll be empowered to lead, not micromanaged

Work collaboratively with department heads to identify operational challenges and improvement solutions. We want you to be heard.

Provide regular updates and reports on operational performance and project progress to the COO

About you:

Proven experience in operations management preferably in a multi-disciplinary environment. Bonus points working for a manufacturer.

Experienced with leading teams—especially around support, delivery, or technical coordination.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Obsessed with efficiency, systems, and improvement—but flexible when it counts

Love data, process, and clarity—but can operate in grey when the need arises. Someone who gets it done, not just writes plans about it.
