You’ll work directly with Chris, our entrepreneurial CEO – an energetic and passionate leader who loves to push boundaries. To succeed, you’ll need initiative, adaptability, and the ability to deliver under pressure. Tight deadlines and shifting priorities? That’s where you shine.

Collaboration is key. You’ll partner with Sales, Accounts, and Operations to ensure marketing directly drives business growth. You’ll also manage relationships with external partners to support campaigns and brand expansion. And while we work hard, we know how to have fun – think regular team lunches, events, and a supportive, family-style culture.

Plus, we value flexibility and are preparing to relocate our office to Burwood soon.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and grow a small in-house marketing team.

Drive SEO strategy and execution, with strong technical SEO expertise.

Plan, manage, and optimise Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid campaigns.

Design and execute integrated marketing strategies across multiple brands.

Work closely with designers and content creators, applying strong design principles.

Track and analyse performance metrics, delivering actionable reports.

Oversee website builds, redesigns, and ongoing optimisation projects.

Align campaigns with sales and lead-generation goals.

Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity.

Take a hands-on approach to ensure execution matches strategic goals.

What We're looking for

Minimum 2 years in a Marketing Manager or senior marketing role

Proven SEO expertise (technical and on-page)

Strong experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads

Excellent communication skills (fluent in English)

Experience leading small teams

Australian work authorisation required

SEO platforms: SEMrush, Rank Math, Google Search Console

Analytics and tracking: GA4, Google Tag Manager

Website platforms: WordPress (Elementor Builder preferred)

Ads management: Google Ads, Meta Ads

Email marketing: Mailchimp or similar

Strong written and verbal communication

Understanding of graphic design and UX best practices
