We are looking for a full-time Maintenance Fitter to join us at the MRF (Material Recovery Facility) plant, where you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse and inclusive team of people.

The shift will be working on the day shift, between the times of 6am - 2pm with additional OT as required.

About the role:

Preventative Maintenance of plant machinery

Assist in the day-to-day efficient running of Plant Equipment.

Diagnostics and fault finding.

Adhere to OHS guidelines at all times

Identify potential problems or efficiency improvements to a process.

Communicate and report to internal management

About you:

Previous experience in maintenance fitting in Waste Management, Recycling, FMCG or Manufacturing working environment would be highly regarded

Certificate III in Engineering - Mechanical Trade is desirable but not mandatory

Electrical expertise & knowledge would be highly desirable

You think about safety first

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Knowledge of safety protocols and environmental regulations

Good understanding of MRF equipment and ability to troubleshoot
