The Role - Maintenance Fitter (Rotating Roster)
The Company - Bulletproof FMCG business with an incredible name in the market.
The Rate - Dayshift $50, Afternoon Shift $62.50 and Nightshift $5 (yes these figures are correct as this is 25% shift loading paid on afternoons and 30% shift loading evenings)
The Hours - 2 week of Days 6am-2pm, one week of Afternoons 2pm-10pm, one week of nights 10pm-6am (over a 4 week roster)
Overtime - This is an absolute cash cow of a role. There is plenty of overtime on offer which is double time!

About the company
We are looking for a Nightshift Maintenance Fitter to join our extremely sufficient Maintenance team which is notoriously known for a leading culture within the FMCG industry, this is the business you will want to join and excel your career in you will be joining a powerhouse within the industry. The maintenance team do not leave the business, they have been there for 20+ years and there is no micro management.

- Preventative maintenance
- Repair and troubleshooting of production machinery
- Ensuring efficiency of the manufacturing line by performing tasks like scheduled servicing, fault finding

What you need to qualify for this role
- Australian Fitter qualification (Cert 3 mechanical trade or equivalent)
- Experience within an FMCG environment as a Maintenance Fitter (or a high paced manufacturing environment for a reputable Manufacturing business)
- Breakdown and Preventative Maintenance experience within an FMCG (or similar) business
- You will need to be self motivated and able to work autonomously
