Remuneration: $98,478 - $104,165
Role Details:
We're looking for a skilled Team Leader, Financial Operations who can confidently oversee specialist finance functions, drive improvements in systems and processes, and provide expert advice that supports effective financial management across the agency.
In this role, you will:
Lead financial compliance, policy, debt, insurance and cash management functions.
Drive improvements in financial processes, systems and business planning.
Oversee reconciliations, journals and compliance reporting.
Build strong stakeholder relationships and provide expert financial advice.
Lead reviews, audits and projects to achieve continuous improvement.
Prepare high-level reports, advice and recommendations for decision making.
To be successful:
You have extensive experience managing finance functions in a complex environment and a strong understanding of government financial and accounting standards. You communicate clearly, provide expert advice with confidence, and can negotiate and consult effectively with stakeholders.
