your role
As Portfolio Centre Manager, you’ll take the lead across a collection of established retail assets, supported by a capable on-site team. Your role will be hands-on, strategic, and commercially focused — with plenty of scope to shape the performance and experience of each centre.

• Lead and mentor a small team across operations, finance and administration
• Deliver annual business plans, budgets and client reporting
• Drive lease compliance, arrears management and tenant engagement
• Oversee casual leasing strategy and maximise third-line income
• Ensure seamless day-to-day operations and compliance across all sites
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including landlords, tenants and contractors

your advantage
The following skills and experience are highly advantageous:

• Experience in shopping centre or retail property management
• Ready to step up into a centre management role from an Administration Management, Retail Management or Retail Property Manager positions.
• Ready to step up into a Portfolio Centre Management role from a single-site asset role.
• Confident managing budgets, leases and stakeholder relationships
• Proactive, organised and commercially minded
• Strong leadership qualities with a team-first mindset
