We’re currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Casual Admin & Sales Associate to join our team. If you love fitness, enjoy connecting with people, and thrive in a fast-paced, member-focused environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
What You’ll Be Doing
Member Service: Greet and assist members and visitors with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
Reception Duties: Manage incoming calls, emails, and walk-ins efficiently, ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.
Sales Support: Assist in promoting and selling memberships, packages, and products. Help drive membership growth and increase sales.
Administrative Tasks: Handle member sign-ups, cancellations, and account updates. Maintain a clean and organised gym.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with gym staff to ensure a seamless and positive experience for all members.
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication skills – You're confident, friendly, and professional.
Sales and customer service experience – Previous sales or customer service experience is highly regarded but not essential.
Fitness enthusiasm – A passion for health and wellness is a big plus.
Organised & detail-oriented – Able to multitask and follow procedures.
Team player – Willing to contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Availability- Must have availability to work during the following hours: Monday- Thursday 10am-7pm, Friday/ Saturday 9am-1pm (Saturdays are non-negotiable)
