The Role
We’re looking for a talented and driven Architectural Draftsperson to join our team. This role suits someone who thrives in an autonomous environment and is passionate about designing energy-efficient homes. As the sole building designer, you’ll work closely with the director, and lead projects from concept through to working drawings - and occasionally through the Passive House certification process.

Key Responsibilities

Lead projects from concept design through to planning and working drawings

Produce detailed, high-quality documentation for bespoke residential projects

Coordinate structural and service information

Liaise with consultants, builders, and stakeholders

Resolve on-site issues and support construction services

Maintain clear, professional communication across all project phases

Required Skills & Experience

Diploma of Building Design (Architectural) or Bachelor of Architecture

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally with high-end single residential homes

Proficiency in Revit (non-negotiable)

Familiarity with Lumion

Strong knowledge of construction detailing, materials, finishes, BCA/NCC, and Australian Standards

Understanding of Passive House principles and energy-efficient design
