Australian Experienced Archicad Draftsperson

We are looking for a casual and dedicated Archicad Draftsperson to join our small architectural firm in Australia. Our projects range from residential to hospitality and is a work-from home role.

What We're Looking For
We require experienced Archicad Draftsperson with a strong background in at least one of the following key areas:

Residential Drafting: Experience in creating working drawings, handling variations, and detailed site work. Knowledge of Rescode and various Victorian LGA overlays is highly valued for specific roles.

Commercial/Interior Fitouts: Proficiency in design documentation, creating layout plans, demolition plans, and detailed joinery work.

Complex Residential Projects: The ability to work on sites with significant fall, understanding retaining walls, deepened rebates, and double-storey building practices.

Additionally, proficiency in the following software platforms is a must:

Archicad is mandatory for all roles.

Crucially, all candidates must have a minimum of 6 Months of Australian experience as an Archicad Draftsperson, working remotely from the Philippines, with NSW experience being preferred.
