The Role
We are looking for an experienced supervisor to come on board. All builds will be within close location of one another avoiding massive drive times allowing the successful candidate to be able to be on-site as required, supervising the townhouse and terrace builds. Providing a positive experience for clients is essential and to further encourage a focus on quality build numbers are kept to manageable levels.

The right candidate will have -

• Minimum 2 years volume Site Supervising experience within a home/townhouse division.
• Positive can-do attitude that is willing to work in as part of a tight team
• Strong communication skills
• Site Supervisor or builders license (QLD)
• Ability to problem solve and have an involved approach as Site Supervisor
