Outkast is a well-established commercial design and construct company based in Brisbane and Gold Coast with a strong focus on commercial refurbishment and fit outs works

Due to consistent growth, we are looking for experienced and highly motivated site supervisors to join our team.

About The Role - Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

Day to day running of commercial projects through to client handover – on time and budget

Scheduling project resources and deliverables, managing suppliers, problem solving

Quality and Safety on all sites as per building and safety regulations

Managing sub-contractor performance and quality

Developing and maintaining great client relationships, managing expectation

Collaborating with the internal team and other project stakeholders

Regular project reporting to management

What we are looking for in you:

Killer Attitude - Proactive - Winner

Sound knowledge of building methods and regulations. At least 1 year of experience as a Site Supervisor delivering commercial fit outs.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to interpret plans and drawings

Ability to manage resources and sub-contractors, negotiate, problem solve and make sound decisions

Excellent understanding of WHS Compliance, safety and quality standards

Building Trade qualification is ESSENTIAL

Australian experience is ESSENTIAL

Interstate Applicants Encouraged

QBCC license or equivalent preferred
