The Role

A leading residential builder specialising in volume townhouse developments is currently seeking a qualified and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee multiple projects across the Moreton Bay area.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive professional to take ownership of townhouse construction sites, ensuring timely delivery, quality workmanship, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

Supervise all aspects of townhouse construction across allocated sites from slab to handover.

Coordinate and manage trades, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure build timelines and quality standards are met.

Conduct regular site inspections to maintain high levels of safety, quality, and compliance.

Communicate with internal teams including construction managers, estimators, and office support to ensure project milestones are achieved.

Manage defect rectification and handover processes with professionalism and efficiency.

Maintain daily site logs and submit regular progress reports.

Requirements

Current QBCC Site Supervisor licence (essential).

Proven experience supervising volume residential builds, preferably townhouse developments.

Strong understanding of construction practices, OH&S regulations, and the National Construction Code.

Ability to manage multiple builds concurrently and maintain strong attention to detail.

Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Valid driver's licence and own transport.
