About the Role

We’re looking for a driven and experienced Project Manager to take the lead on our structural steel projects - from tender award through to site handover.

This is a hands-on role overseeing design, detailing, fabrication, transport, and erection, while keeping projects on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What You’ll Be Doing

Managing the full project lifecycle (planning → fabrication → erection).

Preparing budgets, forecasts, and progress claims.

Leading teams across the office, workshop, and site.

Building strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Driving safety, quality, and compliance with Australian Standards.

Delivering projects on time, within budget, and profitably.

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in structural steel project management.

Strong commercial and contract administration skills.

Knowledge of Australian Standards, NCC/BCA, and WHS legislation.

Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills.

Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.

Bonus Points If You Have:

Degree or diploma in Construction Management / Engineering.

Experience with MS Project, Aconex, Procore, or similar software.
