The Role
As Project Manager, you’ll be trusted to run the show across multiple steel fabrication and installation projects. Reporting straight to the Project Director, you’ll steer the ship, from planning to install, with the backup of a tech-savvy team, high-end workflows and industry-best manufacturing workshops.

Already a PM? Perfect.

A seasoned boilermaker or tradesperson keen to step into project management? Even better, they'll back you all the way.

You’ll Be Taking Charge Of:

• Planning, scheduling, site installation and risk management.
• Keeping clients, suppliers and contractors aligned and moving forward.
• Tracking costs, quality, safety and productivity (no cutting corners).
• Delivering projects with tech tools that actually make your life easier, not harder.
• Leading your team on and off site to deliver steelwork on time, on spec and on budget.

You’ll Need:

• Background in project management for structural steel or heavy fabrication. (Trade background preferred)
• Solid tech skills, confident with Microsoft Office (Knowledge of P6 or Strumis is a bonus).
• A real client-first mentality, relationships matter here.
• Hunger to step up, own your work and deliver real results.
