With strong growth in demand, we are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

The Role

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing and delivering window and door projects from initiation through to completion. Working closely with clients, architects, builders, and our internal production and installation teams, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

· Coordinate and oversee residential and commercial window and door projects from design through to installation.

· Liaise with clients, architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery and resolve any issues.

· Manage project documentation, schedules, and reports, ensuring compliance with company standards and client requirements.

· Monitor project progress, budgets, and resources, providing regular updates to senior management.

· Ensure quality, safety, and regulatory standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

About You

· Minimum 3 years of project management experience in the construction or building industry (windows, doors, or façade experience highly regarded).

· Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety standards.

· Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels.

· Proficient in project management tools and MS Office.
