Our agencies manage the online presence of digital AI generated models across major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Threads, X/Twitter) and monetize their fanbase through sites with premium, paid, exclusive content.

We’re now looking for a Trainee Agency Builder to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to gain real entrepreneurial experience — learning how to build and run an online agency with our resources, systems, and funding.

The Role

Part-time: 20 hours per week, with a flexible schedule and opportunity to move to Full-Time if desired.

You'll be trained step by step in how to set up and scale your own digital model management agency within our framework. Day to day, you’ll implement our systems, test strategies, and document results — while building a live agency in real time.

You'll work directly with our founder and operations team, receiving both mentorship and financial support to execute properly. You'll provide updates on progress, share insights, and contribute feedback that helps us refine our training program.

This is very much a “learn while you earn” role — you’re not just studying theory, you’re getting paid to apply our playbook and gain first-hand entrepreneurial skills.

Your Responsibilities

Keep a daily log of activities, results, and key learnings.

Maintain clear documentation of processes as you implement them.

Follow and execute step-by-step training modules.

Flag issues, wins, or opportunities to the team.

Provide feedback that helps improve our systems and training.

Grow your own business, keep some of your earnings and fund your expenses through us!

What We’re Looking For

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset — able to think critically and solve problems.

Tech-savvy, with a good grasp of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Threads, Twitter/X).

Clear written and verbal communication skills.

No prior experience running an agency is necessary — full training is provided.
