Overview: We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. If you have a love for creating delicious European dishes, including Spanish tapas, we want to hear from you!

We are offering 20hrs over 3 evenings. We could make the role full time with day shifts added in our pizza section or breakfast section. We would like you to start asap.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes in accordance with the restaurant's menu and standards.

Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations and exceptional service.

Assist in the development of new menu items, particularly focusing on European cuisine and tapas.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations.

Support kitchen operations and help run plates during busy shifts as needed.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Chef in a restaurant environment.

Specialist knowledge of European cuisine with at least 1 year of experience.

Experience with Spanish tapas and cuisine is a plus.

Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

Passion for food and creativity in presenting dishes.
