About the role

As the National Business Manager, you will drive growth across major foodservice distributors and independent retail channels.

This role will lead strategic initiatives to expand market presence, strengthen partnerships, and deliver outstanding customer outcomes.

The core focus for this role will be to build on exceptional performance across QSR, HORECA & Catering channels, while exploring the new emerging independent retail channel.

If you’re a commercially astute, Foodservice Lead – this opportunity will give you the best of both worlds!

You Will

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share;
  • Lead the go to market integration for QSR/HORECA and total foodservice sector.
  • Forster strong relationships with stakeholders both internally and externally to maximise efficiency and effectiveness;
  • Core focus on HORECA, QSR , Entertainment & Corporate caterers; along with independent retail.
  • Cross collaborate with marketing, finance & commercial to coordinate key sales strategies; and
  • Have a high level of commercial acumen, the ability to effectively navigate and implement JBPs while delivering best in class service

What you will have

  • Have minimum of 5 years’ experience in FMCG, Foodservice account management;
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills;
  • Ability to work independently but collaborate regularly with international leadership teams;
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences; and
  • Data-driven decision making & strategic thinking.
