The Opportunity
Due to continued growth, they are seeking a driven and experienced Wholesale Manager (Business Development Manager) with a proven background in the Industrial Electrical Wholesale / Contractor sector. This role will focus on strengthening existing customer partnerships while driving new business opportunities across Queensland.
Reporting to the Queensland State Manager, you will play a key role in exceeding sales targets, with a particular emphasis on the Electrical Wholesale channel. This is a highly autonomous role that will involve regular travel throughout Queensland, with occasional interstate requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and represent the Company’s premium industrial products, solutions, and technologies.
Manage, service, and grow existing customer accounts.
Develop new business opportunities through a targeted and strategic approach.
Build and maintain relationships with key wholesale branches, contractors, OEMs, end users, and mining customers.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Supplier Representatives to deliver joint presentations, seminars, and training
Gather market insights to support strategic account planning.
Develop and execute effective sales plans on target for the region

Proven experience in the Industrial Electrical Wholesale or Contractor market.
