About the role:
Clarity Partners is partnering with a well-established civil construction contractor that delivers major infrastructure and earthworks projects across Western Australia.
We are seeking a Mobilisation Coordinator to support project delivery by managing workforce mobilisation, logistics, and administration. This role ensures smooth mobilisation of personnel, resources, and equipment, while also supporting the day-to-day operations of the office and project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Mobilisation & Logistics
- Coordinate mobilisation and demobilisation of personnel across multiple project sites.
- Organise rosters, RDOs, accommodation, and travel arrangements.
- Ensure compliance with client and site access requirements.
Onboarding & Compliance
- Support new starter onboarding, including inductions, training, and documentation.
- Monitor compliance requirements (tickets, competencies, medicals, equipment registrations).
- Maintain accurate personnel and training records.
Administration & Reporting
- Manage company systems and OneDrive filing.
- Prepare and update operational reports, including equipment checks and prestart defect reports.
- Take minutes for meetings and distribute as required.
- Handle mail, filing, and general office documentation.
Procurement & Accounts Support
- Raise purchase orders and process material orders.
- Assist with invoice reconciliation and administrative accounts support.
- Manage and maintain office consumables (PPE, uniforms, stationery, supplies).
Team & Office Support
- Act as the first point of contact for calls and emails, directing queries to the right department.
- Provide admin support to senior staff and project managers.
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
About You
- Experience in mobilisation, project administration, or logistics (civil/mining/construction preferred).
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and onboarding platforms.
- Detail-oriented with a professional, proactive approach.
